Make sure you are going to 9th Ave and not 9th St.

This space is just off 9th Ave and Esplanade, directly behind the Starbucks. 

There is free parking on the street directly in front of the building or next to Starbucks on E 9th Ave. 

Note: if you park in the Starbucks parking lot you risk being towed.

As a last resort, if you cannot find convenient parking,   I have negotiated that clients can use one of my tenant parking spaces in the parking lot at the back of the building. The two spots are directly next to the stairs. Sometimes my car, a silver Toyota Highlander, will be in one of the spots.  

If you do use one of these spaces, please be extra careful and respectful of the rest of the cars in the lot and come around to the front of the building to enter.

There is no waiting room but I stagger appointments and strive to be on time, both beginning and ending sessions.
